When you access the badging Dashboard (here: https://www.credly.com/earner/earned), does it show any “Share” options at all? Please note that you will need to click on the badge itself before it proceeds to this screen:

Then, after clicking the “Share” button, the “Share” page should show an option to download on the far right:
